Each program is tailored to suit individual needs, so adjustments are made for clients with injuries, personal goals and existing fitness levels. We can create a plan for pregnant women or those looking to get back in shape after giving birth, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know about sticking to your own training routine at home.

Ibiza Balance boot camps are run by our highly-attentive personal trainers, with bespoke programs created especially for you. We only accept private bookings for small groups, circles of friends and couples, so maximum one-to-one tuition and assistance is guaranteed. You choose the amount of time you spend training, with anything from one weekend, five and seven-day programs being sufficient to see real change.

Over the course of the program, we implement a training regime that ranges from boxing and interval training to Pilates, Yoga and meditation classes, helping you become the very best version of yourself. You’ll embark on a week with measurable, attainable results that will include activities in some of Ibiza’s most beautiful spots. There’ll be beach activities and games, aqua fitness and hikes to secret beaches, taking in some of Ibiza’s most stunning views along the way. We’re here to help you get fit, but we’ll make sure you have a fun, relaxing time while doing it.

If you request a private chef, you’ll be provided with a nutritionally-balanced, energy rich diet, designed to fuel your daily fitness sessions. And, if you opt for our luxury package, we can cater for groups of up to 10 people who’ll have access to their own in-house chef, with the location pre-arranged by yourselves.
