Whether you’re looking for a week of complete and utter blissed-out indulgence, or you’re looking to detox, iron out niggling body issues.

Our personal yoga lessons are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike with sessions tailored to your skill level and goals. The customized instruction includes asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Instruction can be adapted to fulfill a variety of goals, such as addressing physical limitations, developing a regular home routine or achieving a deeper and more intensifying practice.

Private Retreat
Detox & Yoga Private Retreat:
The weeklong detox and private yoga retreats by Ibiza Balance are a truly special experience like no other. Over the course of the week, you’ll receive six private lessons, a detoxification massage, lymphatic drainage treatment, shiatsu treatment, one Hydroadvance facial, a vitalising body scrub and massage, a VitaminDrip infusion plus three customised raw food meals prepared and delivered fresh to your home daily.
