Ingrid has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. She initially studied it in Argentina and later continued her studies in Ibiza. “My primary objective”, says Ingrid, “besides turning more and more people on to a healthier, more peaceful lifestyle that continually challenges them to grow, is to teach a system of exercise that fully integrates the body, mind, and spirit. The new trend towards yoga is not surprising, given that the body is limited and the mind is limitless. The combination of body and mind creates an incredibly broad range of fulfillment, including top physical condition and a calm, peaceful, clear mind.”
Her teaching flows between the dynamic yang practices of Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga or Ananda Yoga. She loves to emphasize her classes on synchronized movements & the breath in order to deepen the experience of the practice.

Her personal journey started with the ‘Gestalt Therapy’ that lead her directly to India to study Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. As a Massage Therapist she focusses on nourishing, health-giving and rejuvenating elements of the treatment as well the awareness of the moment and the attention to our entire being. Claudia is certified a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and when she teaches she finds her passion.Kundalini Yoga gives her the tools to be tolerant and flexible to the constant change of life. Massage therapist and yoga teacher
Having lived in Ibiza every summer for the past ten years, Ingrid joined the Ibiza Balance team in 2015. She strives to improve her client’s lives through the use of different techniques, while continuing to learn as much as she can about the body.
Ingrid’s specialty is a full body massage experience, fusing different techniques including Thai, Californian, deep tissue and reflex, finishing with a face lift-up. She’s also popular with Ibiza Balance clients for her deeply therapeutic and relaxing massages with energetic healing techniques and is qualified in a host of other styles: holistic, foot, Thai, hot stones, deep tissue, detox and Asian massage.
A qualified Alliance Yoga teacher, Ingrid practices what she preaches, using yoga and meditation alongside swimming and dancing to maintain her own balance in Ibiza. “There are so many magical places here,” she says, citing Es Vedra lookout, Benirras beach, Las, and Cap des Falco sunsets as some of her favourite places.”

Passionate about any and every form of fitness, Johannes is as qualified as they come, with degrees in Nutrition and Science, Fitness Economy, is certifications from the renowned Yoga Alliance, Les Mills and more.
After living in Ibiza and working with the Ibiza Balance team for just over a year, Johannes says the highlight of his work is seeing his clients get results, and more importantly, seeing them happy. “For me, every hour is a challenge, but the job is so diverse that I never get bored and I never stop learning,” he says.
In addition to nutritional support, Johannes offers his clients a range of personal training options, including Pilates, Yoga, Body Pump, TRX, Nordic Walking and much more. In his own time, he keeps on the healthy tip, hiking, cross biking or wave surfing (when he can!) and also practices yoga and meditation.
